quick weight loss naturally

     Weight loss is a challenge, and as our bodies age, it becomes more challenging. Taking weight off and keeping it off  is one of the major issues of our time. Excess weight causes diabetes, joint problems,heart disease, low self esteem, and many other problems and issues.
     I currently consume half the calories that I used to when I was in my twenties and thirties. All of us age differently and therefore what we need to do for our personal situation can be different from friends, neighbors or relatives not to mention the differences between the sexes. What works for one may not work for another. I recommend using natural supplements and as needed more than one supplement at a time. Combining supplements can have a synergistic effect. Along with a sensible diet, using good judgement and moderation  along with an exercise plan if possible is ideal. We can't always get ideal however and have to do what works best for us.
     I personally have started taking Garcinia Cambogia, White Kidney Bean Extract, and Forskolin in combination along with a metabolism booster. I am definitely eating better than I used to, but not perfect and I indulge myself occasionally by permitting my favorite food ice cream). If I didn't do this I could never stay on a diet, but that's just me. I have nerve issues down my right leg and back so exercise is limited. Thats part of my metabolism problem.
     What I have noticed is that when I sleep better the pounds come off faster. For those of you who have problems sleeping I recommend checking out a pillow called MyPillow. I sleep much better and don't wake up with a stiff neck like I used to. When you don't sleep and are stressed the body produces cortisol. This is the enemy for weight loss. Cortisol makes the body store fat.
